Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
At Tangier Visit, we are committed to providing reliable, transparent, and professionally organized travel experiences. The following Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy explains how reservations are confirmed, modified, or cancelled, and outlines the responsibilities of both parties.
By confirming a reservation with Tangier Visit, you acknowledge and accept the following terms.
1. Booking Confirmation 
A reservation becomes officially confirmed only after all of the following conditions have been completed:
• The customer submits a booking request through our website, email, WhatsApp, or any official Tangier Visit booking channel.
• The required confirmation deposit (normally 30% of the total reservation value, unless otherwise specified) has been successfully received.
• The customer receives a written booking confirmation from Tangier Visit via email or WhatsApp confirming that the reservation has been secured.
Once these steps have been completed, all requested services are officially reserved and guaranteed for the confirmed travel date.
Approximately 24 hours before the scheduled service, our team will contact the customer via their preferred communication method (WhatsApp or email) to provide the final operational details, including meeting instructions, driver information, vehicle details where applicable, and any additional information necessary for a smooth experience.

6. Delays
Cruise Ship Arrivals
If a cruise ship arrives later than scheduled, Tangier Visit will make every reasonable effort to adjust the itinerary whenever operationally possible.
No additional fees will be charged for reasonable delays beyond the customer’s control..
Flight Delays
For airport pickup services, we monitor flight arrivals whenever flight details have been provided.
Reasonable waiting time is included, and we will adapt the pickup whenever possible without additional charges.
9. Included & Excluded Services
Unless specifically stated in the quotation, booking confirmation, or service description, prices do not include: Entrance fees + Meals and beverages + Personal expenses + Optional activities not explicitly listed.
The services included in each reservation are those described in the customer’s booking confirmation.
12. Privacy & Personal Data
All personal information provided during the reservation process is treated with strict confidentiality.
Customer information is used exclusively for reservation management, service delivery, customer communication, and legal obligations where applicable.Tangier Visit does not sell or share customer data with third parties except where required to deliver the booked services or by applicable law.
2. Remaining Balance 
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the remaining balance is payable on the day of the service directly to the assigned driver or guide.
Alternative payment methods may be accepted if arranged in advance
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 7 days before the scheduled service
Customers may cancel their reservation.
Payments received will be refunded using the original payment method, after deduction of:
- Payment processing fees
- Banking charges
- Administrative reservation costs
Cancellation between 7 days and 48 hours before the service
The confirmation deposit becomes non-refundable.
However, customers may request one complimentary date change, subject to availability.
Cancellation less than 48 hours before the service
Reservations become non-refundable.
At this stage, vehicles, licensed guides and other suppliers have already been exclusively reserved for the customer, making cancellation costs unavoidable.
7. Force Majeure
Tangier Visit shall not be held liable for cancellations, delays, itinerary changes, or service interruptions resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: Severe weather conditions / Road closures / Police or security restrictions / Government decisions / Natural disasters / Civil disturbances / Port closures / Airport disruptions.
Whenever possible, we will make every reasonable effort to offer an alternative solution or reschedule the affected service.
10. Child Safety
Child seats are provided free of charge upon request during the booking process and are subject to availability.
To guarantee availability, customers are encouraged to request child seats when confirming their reservation.

Our role is not simply to provide transportation or guided tours, but to deliver a seamless, reliable, and carefully organized experience from your very first inquiry until the end of your trip.
Should unexpected circumstances arise, our team will always strive to find the most appropriate, fair, and practical solution with professionalism, transparency, and genuine care.

3. Changes to a Reservation 
We understand that travel plans may occasionally change.
For this reason, customers may request:
• A change of travel date.
• Adjustments to the itinerary where operationally possible.
Such requests may be made up to 7 days before the scheduled service, subject to availability and without additional service fees.
If the new requested date falls within a higher-priced season, public holiday period, or supplier price adjustment, only the applicable price difference will be charged.
5. No Show
If the customer fails to appear at the agreed meeting point without prior notice, the reservation will be considered a No Show.
The service will be considered fulfilled and no refund will be issued.

11. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring they possess all necessary travel documentation, including valid passports, visas, and any other entry requirements applicable to Morocco.
Tangier Visit cannot be held responsible for denied entry resulting from missing or invalid travel documents
